Welcome to Draw Along With Me! By purchasing, subscribing, donating, or participating in any of my services—including Live Classes, Self-Paced (Downloadable) Lessons, Subscriptions (Doodle, Masterstroke, Virtuoso), and the Digital Tip Jar—you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before engaging with my offerings.

1. General Terms

  • By using this website and its services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • You are responsible for selecting the product or service that best suits your needs. I do not offer personal recommendations or guarantees of suitability.

2. Live Classes

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds or reschedules will be issued after this window.

  • Tardiness Policy: If a learner hasn’t joined the class by 10 minutes after the start, the instructor may end the session. This is considered a missed class and is not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • Recordings: Live classes may be recorded for:

    • Liability protection

    • COPPA compliance if a minor is involved

    • Internal quality assurance

  • Recordings are permanently deleted after 30 days, unless retention is required by law (e.g., in cases of abuse or neglect).

  • A parent or learner may request access to a recording for educational review within the 30-day window. While access is typically granted, I reserve the right to refuse under reasonable circumstances.

3. Self-Paced (Downloadable) Lessons

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for downloadable content, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Availability & Platform Disclosure:

  • Self-Paced (downloadable) pre-recorded video lessons are available for purchase or subscription directly through this website. Additionally, individual lesson purchases are available through a third-party platform, Outschool. However, Outschool does not own, control, or have rights to any of the content provided. All course materials, video lessons, and intellectual property remain fully owned by Rachel M. | Draw Along With Me.

4. Subscriptions (Doodle, Masterstroke, Virtuoso)

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting me.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a billing cycle begins, including for missed or unused content.

  • The Doodle subscription is donation-based and does not include specific deliverables.

5. Digital Tip Jar

  • All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Tips do not entitle the donor to any service or product in return.

6. Privacy and Safety for Minors

  • I take the privacy and safety of minors seriously and comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for:

    • Scheduling and managing class participation

    • Avoiding the disclosure of personally identifying information (PII) of minors

  • I will never knowingly collect or store unnecessary PII from minors.

7. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as-is” without any warranties.

  • I am not liable for user error, including missed classes, mistaken purchases, or misinterpretation of offerings.

8. Modifications to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of my services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
